All employers and anyone who wants to learn about the laws and regulations that the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission enforces, targeted individuals would include: CEO’s, COO’s, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Human Resource Managers, and EEO/AA Officers.
All companies both large and small have to comply with some of the laws and regulations that are enforced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. It is incumbent upon them to learn how to be in compliance with these laws and regulations in order to avoid costly litigation and other irreparable harm. Knowledge of the laws helps employers to develop and maintain a healthy work environment in their company.
