Refund / Cancellation Policy
Participants/ registrant for our live events may cancel up to 72 hours prior to the start of the live session/ webinar and UPIQ will issue a letter of credit to be utilized towards any of our future events. The letter of credit will be valid for 6 months.
UPIQ will process refund only if the event has been cancelled and is not rescheduled within 90 days from the originally scheduled date of the webinar. In the case where a live webinar is cancelled, attendees of the webinar may choose between recorded version of the webinar or a refund.
A webinar may be cancelled due to lack of enrolment or due to unavoidable circumstances. Participants will be notified of the same 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event. UPIQ do not hold any liability to refund in the following scenario:-
- If a participant/registrant skipped in the middle the session after signing in
- Technical problems from participant/registrant’s end
- If the participant/registrant is unhappy with the webinar
- If the participant/registrant missed the session
