Why should you attend?

Employers are finding it difficult to compete for top talent in the age of great resignation. On average, it costs approximately $30,000 to replace a manager earning $40,000. The tight labor market has made it easier for workers to have access to more employment opportunities. As such employees feel empowered and more likely to leave an organization for better pay and work culture. HR has tools within its reach to prevent most departures. This program will provide valuable insight to increase employee retention.
