As the chief financial officer at Htoo Hospitality, I manage the overall business for six destinations, 15 hotels, and 800+ room inventory, with a manpower strength of 1500+.
I also serve as the acting CEO and head of business, setting up strategies and steering the re-opening of key hotels post covid.
I have successfully implemented ERP, management reporting systems, financial planning and analysis processes, and data visualization tools to optimize the operations and performance of the hotels.
