Kenneth Zabel has over twenty-five years’ experience working with Problem Solving and Corrective/Preventative Actions (CAPA). He has worked for three global Certification Bodies – NSF International, Intertek (ETL Semko) and CSA International and been a contract auditor for two others – SAI Global and UL-STR (a Division of Underwriters’ Laboratories). Mr. Zabel has also worked in quality management positions with five automotive and heavy equipment suppliers and one medical device manufacturer, working with their CAPA Systems and reviewing/monitoring CAPA from their suppliers. For the past five years he has conducted educational seminars and been a Quality and Sustainability Auditor of manufacturers and suppliers across North America and Asia.
