Mr.Keith Warwick, P.E.

The work that Keith performed was in the Environment, Safety and Health (ES&H) arena. He was responsible to conduct walk-throughs with regulators, apply for permits, conduct safety and environmental reviews and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs. He was a Trained Observer in this position. He performed hundreds of walk-throughs during which time I observed OSHA compliance, environmental compliance, industrial operations, construction safety, walkway safety, fire safety, ladder/scaffold safety and facility maintenance. Prior to working for the Federal Government he was an engineer in the private and municipal sectors including Bechtel National Inc. where he performed environmental engineering, civil engineering design, and land surveying.
