Why should you attend?

Everyone deserves a workplace free from harassment and intimidation. Both male and female employees are entitled to a work environment without hostility and offensiveness. Sexual harassment, intended or perceived, is strictly prohibited as stated in Title VII of the Civil Rights act of 1964. Maintaining an enjoyable, relaxed, and fun work environment, while abiding the laws, can be done when common sense prevails, when all employees are routinely educated on expectations behaviors, and when zero-tolerance for harassment is expressed.
