Faculty - Ms.Stacy Glass

Since 2003, Stacy has worked with HR Options providing HR support to Canadian and US companies. She helps her clients implement human resource best practices such as HR policy development through employee handbooks, management manuals, employment contract creation, and performance appraisals. Stacy advises US companies of the critical differences between Canadian and US employment regulations; especially without at-will employment in Canada.
 
She works to resolve employee relations issues including harassment, poor performance, personality conflicts, and termination issues. Throughout the years she has managed the payroll and benefits administration for hundreds of HR Options Canada contingent employees and is extremely well versed in Canadian payroll. 
 
Stacy has her BA in Psychology, with Honors, from Wilfrid Laurier University and her Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate, with Honors, from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
