Lejarza HR Consulting provides Recruitment, Training and Consulting services to small to medium sized businesses. Ms. Lejarza is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Anderson SHRM, the Greenville SHRM, and a regular speaker for the Greenville American Payroll Association.

Elga graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor Degree. She obtained a Major in Business Administration and a minor in Human Resources. Elga specializes in employee and management development, Recruitment and Employee Relations.
